Float building for 7th grade is today, Sunday, September 17th, from 1 to 7 pm at 5131 Duquette Rd. Please make sure your child brings any food/drinks that they will need. Also, the mosquitoes are terrible everywhere this year, so please wear and bring bug spray. We still need supplies such as l the following items: cardboard, construction paper (bright, 1970s colors!), tape, paint, painting supplies, etc. We would love to have several parents help as well. The kids need to do the work, but they also need direction from adults! We are also looking for candy donations for throwing at the parade so that we don't need to use any of our limited class funds for that purpose. Please contact Rachel Shephard or Candice Johnson with questions at shephardr@peckschools.net or johnsonc@peckschools.net. Thank you!

Peck Elementary students will once again be able to ride their bikes or similar items in the parade! Please see flyer on our app or website and remember an adult must accompany the student until the parade begins (walking alongside parade route is preferred). Please pick up in the font parking lot at Peck Schools after the parade. Go Pirates! ♥️🏴☠️♥️

Attention 7th Grade Parents: Float building will be Sunday, September 17th, from 1 to 7 pm at 5131 Duquette Rd. Please make sure your child brings any food/drinks that they will need. Also, the mosquitoes are terrible everywhere this year, so please wear and bring bug spray. The kids need to do the work, but they also need direction from adults! Additionally, we need to make a banner. Last year we used cardboard and it was rough to carry in the parade. Would anyone be willing to make a fabric banner that we could reuse every year? We are also looking for candy donations for throwing at the parade so that we don't need to use any of our limited class funds for that purpose. I know this is a lot of information, so please contact Rachel Shephard or Candice Johnson with questions at shephardr@peckschools.net or johnsonc@peckschools.net. Thank you!

Attention ninth graders: We will be building our 60's themed float after school on Friday the 15th AND on Tuesday the 19th after school. Please bring supplies and help. We will discuss exact details and location of float building at our meeting tomorrow morning.

Good morning. There is NOT an early release today, Wednesday, September 13th. We apologize for the confusion.

Homecoming Dance times have changed. We are offering two separate dance times this year. Grades 6-8 will attend from 7-8:30 and grades 9-12 will attend from 8:30-10:00.

If your child is a class representative for Homecoming it is their responsibility to make a poster to attach to the vehicle they are riding in. It Should say their name and graduating class on it. Attached is an example.

The following students earned a Positive Office Referral for Week 2. I can't express how proud I am of all of our students for showing their very best PIRATE Code during the first two weeks of school. As a principal, I couldn't be more appreciative of our awesome Pirates. A huge shout-out to our Pirate Teachers for noticing the positive actions of our students. Good morning. Parking spot painting will be delayed until later this week. The weather is looking like it's going to rain this afternoon, and with fog this morning and 91% humidity projected, the paint will not dry in time before the rain comes. The weather is looking more favorable later this week, and a specific painting day will be communicated as soon as possible. Any students who don't finish their spots during this time may finish them on Saturday after the home football game. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Shephard at shephardr@peckschools.net.
